My little man started his first day of Kindergarten today....tear;( I actually held myself together pretty well....that was until I got home and the house was soooooooo quiet. Avie spent the night with Nana so she wasn't here to break the silence either! But I know he is in good hands, he has a great teacher and I have great friends that will watch over him. I just cant get over that he is already in Kindergarten! Maybe because it makes me feel old!
After I picked Avie up, she asked me about 50 times when we are going to pick Jack up....I guess she has some adjusting to do too. She is going to miss him. For now we are going to watch the clock until its time to go pick him up. I am going to try and contain myself from the flood of questions, because I'm sure to my "surprise" that he wont recall a thing!
